This charming structure is no longer solely evident from the front-view of the building, with a combination of glass and aluminium panels, however it is embodied all through the Tower. The construction has a dynamic design, gently curved curtain partitioning alongside its predominant facades.

The exterior consists of sunscreen whilst the interior is made of low emission double glazed windows. The sunscreen is made of perforated aluminum sheets, supported with Led lights that doubles to illuminate the facade, and additionally as a sunscreen.

Another key characteristic is the coffered podium slab that curves up closer to the nook of the construction to create a smooth entrance. It acts as a cover extending over the sidewalk, creating a pedestrian-friendly area through the lobby.

The entrance to the building opens on a double-height, glazed, atrium lobby. The ceilings open up into a grand entrance of herbal timber panels and Italian flooring, combining superb fashion and warmth, whilst welcoming visitors into the foyer.
